This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or submitted when you install or use the pageQlip products, application, software, website and services (“pageQlip”). pageQlip Corporation (“pageQlip Corporation”, “we”, “us” and terms of similar meaning) is committed to providing you transparency with our privacy practices. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share your information when you use pageQlip. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning ascribed by the Terms of Service .
This Privacy Policy is prepared in a layered approach. You may click to view additional terms related to each section below. For greater certainty, this Privacy Policy is comprised of both the readily viewable terms and the additional terms that may be viewed upon “clicking for more”.
1. User Accounts and Collection of Information
You are not required to create a user account, nor provide any Personal Information, to visit and to view publicly available information on the pageQlip website, however you are required to create a User Account to use the pageQlip services.
During registration, you are required to provide a username, password, your full name and valid e-mail address. You may also be asked to provide certain categories of personally identifiable information depending on the services you use.
We also offer you several ways to manage your information and privacy concerns. You can always choose to not disclose some of your information; however when doing so you may not be able to fully engage in all the services pageQlip offers.
You may review and manage or restrict your personal information in your pageQlip user account settings or through your operating systems.

2. Information We or Third Parties Automatically Collect
In addition to the information you provide to us when creating a User Account or sharing Content, when you use most features of pageQlip we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser or mobile platform, such as your browser type, mobile device type, plug-ins, your IP address, time-zone, language, cookie information, and information about the URL’s, titles, and Content from the web pages, e-mails, or print publications you have requested or submitted to use in pageQlip.
Most of this information forms a technological requirement to provide the pageQlip Service that you request. We may use this information in aggregate form and analyse it to better understand how users interact with pageQlip and improve the Service.
We may collect this information as aggregate data and publish or share with our business partners to better analyse and improve our services, as well as make commercial offerings to you through pageQlip. Aggregate data is compiled by combining information from many users, without including any information that could be used to identify you or anyone else by name.

4. pageQlip Alerts
pageQlip allows you to use your Content in a personal and contextual way. You may decide that you want to set reminders to use your Content at a particular time and date, or you may be able to set reminders that are location aware. These reminders and alerts are commonly described as local and push notifications.
pageQlip does not monitor information of any specific alert, but does collect data, when required for technical purposes to provide you an alert or offer that may be dependant on a time, location, or updated information and data, or when required to synchronize data and information for your User Account.
pageQlip may be required to monitor and track such alerts in the process of providing the service and may aggregate such data in order to continue to measure and improve the service. We will not share your personal information except
with an associated third party from whom you have indicated you are interested in receiving a notification.
Location Alerts
Some of our Services make use of location-based data. If you request these services we will collect information for the technical requirements about your locations including the Wi-Fi, cellular towers, geo-fence and GPS data that are required to provide you the Service. We use this information to deliver the requested service, not to identify you.
You may manage how, where, and when you will engage location based data through pageQlip features and consent to the information we collect. You may also choose to turn these services off, or disable them, with the drawback that some alerts will not be able to provide certain notifications to you.

5. Using Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide our services, such as saving Content to pageQlip and making such content available to you at a later time. In addition, if you choose to use pageQlip to share Content with another person, we will use the information you provide for that purpose.
In addition, we use the information you supply to (a) provide and improve pageQlip and other products and services we may offer; (b) resolve service disputes and troubleshoot problems; (c) measure consumer interest in our products and services; (c) inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, events and updates; (d) deliver information to you that, in some cases, is relevant to your interests, such as product news; (e) customize your experience; (f) detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; (g) enforce our Terms of Use; (h) provide you with system or administrative messages; and (i) as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.
We may also use personal information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze pageQlip usage, and to improve our content and product offerings.

6. Third Party Products and Services
Although pageQlip may be used in conjunction with many third-party products and services, we are not affiliated with, and have no control over, such third parties. pageQlip also enables you to share Content with persons over whom we have no control.
Except as expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent that you or we disclose your information to any third parties that provide products or services used in conjunction with pageQlip, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of your information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage. Please check the privacy policy of each third party provider of products or services you may engage with through pageQlip.
7.Disclosing Your Personal Information:
We do not sell or rent your Personal Information. We may store or share your information in accordance with the services you have requested. For example, we may send an e-mail on your behalf to a person you wish to share Content with or share your location if you request us to do so for the purpose of providing the location-based services described above. We also share aggregated data and related usage information with third parties, including content providers, website operators, advertisers and publishers, but this aggregate information does not contain any personal information which can identify you or any other individual user. We do not control how third parties disclose or use the information we share with them. We do not share any other personal information unless you expressly agree that we may do so.
We may, from time to time, outsource one or more aspects of the products or services that we provide to you to third parties. In accordance with privacy law, we have entered into agreements with these parties and ensure that their use and disclosure of the personal information is restricted in accordance with this Privacy Policy. When you submit your information and content to pageQlip we process your information in servers either owned or leased in Canada and the United States, and your use of the services is your consent for us to do so. In such cases, we will continue to protect the information with appropriate safeguards, but it may be subject to the legal jurisdiction of those countries and governmental authorities in those countries.

8.Security:
Access to your Personal Information and User Account is password protected for your privacy and security. pageQlip employs industry standard practices to safeguard your privacy and security of your data, however in the event of a security or data breach we may suspend or terminate the service without notice to you while we rectify the situation.
9.Accessing Your Information, Updating Your Information, Opting-Out:
You have a right to access your personal information and you may manage, review, and change your Personal Information through your password protected User Account. If you want to review the data we have collected that is connected to your account, you may send a detailed request to us at [email protected].
In addition, if you chose to make certain information public, but later wish to opt-out and withdraw such consent,
you may do so by changing your settings through your User Account page. Similarly, you may unsubscribe from any e-mail list by using the unsubscribe feature on any of our e-mails.
If you wish to terminate your User Account, you must do so through the pageQlip website and your User Account page. We will authenticate your request and begin deleting your Content and User Account activity data. Once we begin this process your Content will be unrecoverable.
10.Amendments to this Privacy Policy
pageQlip may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting
the amended terms on our website or through the options or help menu of pageQlip. All amended terms shall automatically be effective thirty (30) days after they are initially posted on the website. If we make any material changes to our Privacy Policy that affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our website or send you an e-mail notifying you how our Privacy Policy has been changed. Your continued use of pageQlip after the end of
such thirty (30) day notice period will be deemed to be acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
